We only buy products and services from other businesses i.e. we are a business-to-business (B2B) organisation. In order to facilitate the delivery of goods and services to our business, we ordinarily require the supplier’s business name and address and bank details. However, during the course of a purchase we will capture limited personal information about the individual selling the product on behalf of the supplier, or other stakeholders involved in the delivery process. We may occasionally become aware of a potential new supplier through a referral from a business within our network. The business concerned should inform you of their intention to transfer your information to us.

We retain personal data that we capture through the supply process for a minimum of 7 years.  After the 7-year period we evaluate if we still have a business relationship and are still in contact with you. If we are not we will remove your personal data from our database but will retain information relating to your business.

We have a network of resellers that we use to help promote our brand and sell our products. We rely on them to introduce us to you and in the process of doing this they can share your contact information with us. The reseller should make you aware that we will receive this information.
